World Food Movement - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by World Food Movement (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the free/subsidized lunch program (“Program”) at community colleges (the "Services") and our website https://wfmca.org/ (the "Site"), you (referred to as "you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

World Food Movement is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free/subsidized lunches to students at community colleges. Our Services primarily involve the distribution of free/subsidized at designated times and locations on participating college campuses. We may also provide information about our foundation, its mission, and ways to support our work through our Site and other communications.

3. Eligibility

The Program is generally intended for currently enrolled students at participating community colleges. We reserve the right to establish and modify eligibility criteria for the Program at our discretion.

4. Use of Services

• You agree to use the Services in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts the provision of Services or interferes with the enjoyment of others.
• You will comply with all rules and regulations established by the participating community colleges regarding the distribution and consumption of the free lunches.

The content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of World Food Movement or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that you have chosen to obtain food provided by World Food Movement with full knowledge of the ingredients used. You understand that World Food Movement shall not be liable for any health issues or allergies caused by the consumption of their food.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, World Food Movement SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF HEALTH, PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World Food Movement and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

World Food Movement reserves the right to terminate food delivery at any time, with or without prior notice, due to various reasons, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, ingredient unavailability, or logistical issues.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Waiver of Legal Action

By using the services of World Food Movement, I hereby waive my right to file a lawsuit against World Food Movement under any circumstance. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
